SHIPPING
Dear Customer,
We apply a transportation fee to the products shipped, depending on the amount, regardless of the number of items. In the case of peninsular shipments, the usual delivery time is 24 to 48 working hours from when we receive the payment. These delivery times may be affected in campaigns such as Black Friday or Christmas due to the large volume of shipments that logistics companies must manage.
WARRANTY POLICY
-In the description of each product you will find the type of guarantee that covers the device.
-The product that does not have any guarantee defined in the description, will enjoy all the rights that the current legislation grants it by Law 23/2003 of Guarantees in the Sale of Consumer Goods . These guarantees are valid in all member countries of the European Union.
These guarantees do not cover or pay for damages or defects derived from modifications, manipulations or adjustments that may be made to the product. This guarantee will not apply if the serial number of the product has been altered, erased, has disappeared or is illegible. This guarantee will not be applicable in the case of absence or loss of the guarantee.
These guarantees do not prejudice the legal rights of the consumer granted by the applicable national legislation, nor the rights of the consumer against the distributor that derive from the sales contract established between them.
In products cataloged as Outlet, the guarantee conditions will be the same as in a normal product, specified in the description.

The general contracting conditions of Own Muse SL, for Internet sales, are those specified below, and apply to any purchase made, during the period in which these conditions appear published on the Own Muse SL website.
Own Muse SL reserves the right to modify the contractual offer, constituted by these general conditions and the list of products and prices, at any time, although said modifications will not apply to contracts already made.
sales system
To make a purchase, the user must make an order listing all the items they wish to purchase, and send the order form electronically or any other system they deem appropriate, once these general conditions have been read and accepted. Taxes
The prices of the products displayed on the Own-Muse.SL website include the Value Added Tax (VAT) that, if applicable, is appropriate to apply. The Own-Muse.SL sales area covers the entire Spanish territory.
Shipping costs
Shipments will be made through the transport companies contracted by Own Muse SL, and can be modified if required. The shipping and packaging costs will be those indicated on the web.
Way to pay
When making the order, the customer can freely choose to pay for the purchases they make with the methods stipulated on the website.
Seller's obligations
Once the client sends the request containing his order to Own Muse SL, he will be answered by e-mail the receipt of the order and later the shipment related to the contract made will be confirmed.
Buyer's Rights
The client will have a period of seven business days, according to the official calendar of their usual place of residence, to terminate the contract without incurring any penalty or expense. Said term will be computed from the reception of the order by the client. The client will notify the supplier within the stipulated period and by any means admitted by law, his desire to exercise the right to terminate the contract.
Legislation and conflict resolution
a) The sales carried out by Own Muse SL are subject to Spanish legislation.
b) In case of any conflict or discrepancy, the applicable jurisdiction will be the one closest to the registered office of Own Muse SL.
